Boys grappling on wrestling mat
Level 1: Introduction to Wrestling: This is an instructional program for grades 1-5 which introduces youth wrestlers to the basics skills and conditioning exercises. A T-Shirt will be provided. Parents are required to purchase wrestling shoes and headgear in order for their child to participate. Wrestling shoes are required on the mats at all times. Competitions are not required however informal and formal tournament attendance is strongly encouraged. The program will meet on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 6:30-7:30pm. in the ELHS small gym. 

Level 2: Competitive Wrestling: This is a program which conditions experienced youth wrestlers to prepare for and attend wrestling competitions. T-Shirts will be provided. Parents are required to purchase wrestling shoes and headgear in order for their child to participate. Wrestling shoes are required on the mats at all times. Competition attendance is required and all registration costs will be included in the cost of the program. Players will also received their USA wrestling card at no additional cost. The program will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:30-9:00pm. in the ELHS small gym.
