Girls Lacrosse Registration closes on 3/15/24 Or Until Full (grades K-8)

Little Laxers (Grades K-1)-Clinical fun Training to keep the girls moving while teaching stick skills and basic game concepts. Grades K & 1 will practice one night per week and will play in a series of "mini" games versus other towns on the weekends. ELRD will provide a stick that the player will keep as their own.  

Bantam (Grades 2-4)- This is a developmental program to introduce players to fundamental lacrosse skills while building on their knowledge of the game. The athletes will play approximately 8 games and will participate in 1-2 jamborees. Players must provide their own girls’ lacrosse stick, goggles, and colored mouth guard. Cleats are required.

Junior (Grades 5 & 6)- This program will focus on developing fundamental lacrosse skills and improving players’ lacrosse IQ. There will be an average of 12 games and 1-2 jamborees or tournaments during the season. Players must provide their own lacrosse stick, goggles, and cleats are required. We are excited to add a Post Season Playoff to both the Junior and Senior levels. Athletes will participate in a 1 day, multiple game Jamboree to determine a league winner! Scores and standings will be kept throughout the year as our Western Ma Girls Lacrosse league has evolved to create not only a developmental structure but also a competitive structure. 

Senior (Grades 7 & 8)- This is an advanced program designed to prepare athletes for the high school lacrosse program. There will be an average of 12 games and 1-2 jamborees or tournaments during the season. The players will learn offensive and defensive strategies, transition skills, and game tactics. As such, players and parents are expected to make a full commitment to the schedule. Players must provide their own lacrosse stick, goggles, and cleats are required. Season practice times will be determined by coach/ games schedules TBA at a later date. We are excited to add a Post Season Playoff to both the Junior and Senior levels. Athletes will participate in a 1 day, multiple game Jamboree to determine a league winner! Scores and standings will be kept throughout the year as our Western Ma Girls Lacrosse league has evolved to create not only a developmental structure but also a competitive structure.
