Inceptors (Grades K-1), a taster program to introduce players to the basic fundamentals of field hockey. Players will be provided shin guards, a ball and shirt.
Bantam, Juniors and Senior Field Hockey is for players entering grades 2-8....Come play the great game of field hockey! All levels welcome, beginners and experienced!
The program covers stick work and individual skills, offensive and defensive techniques, footwork, and tactical game situations.
Teams typically practice 1-2 days a week and have 1-2 games on weekends, depending on age. Practice days and times are based on coaches schedules and field availability.
