Volunteer Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at one of East Longmeadow Recreation Department's community events! Our events would not be possible without the support of dedicated volunteers like you. We truly appreciate your time, effort, and commitment to our community.
To volunteer for a community event, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the Volunteer Form attached to this page. Please fill out all required information.
2. Submit the completed form by emailing james.bell@eastlongmeadowma.gov or by dropping it off at the Recreation Department:

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Please submit your form prior to the event whenever possible.
3. Once we receive your completed form, you will receive a confirmation email. A reminder email with volunteer details will also be sent before the event.
4. If you have any questions about volunteering or upcoming Recreation Department events, please email james.bell@eastlongmeadowma.gov or call James:413-525-5400 ext. 1305.
5. If you register on the day of the event, please bring your completed Volunteer Form with you.
Volunteer sign-ups will become available when each event flyer is posted.
