East Longmeadow Recreation Department is excited to partner with 4RUN3 to bring back the Spooky Sprint 5K to East Longmeadow on Saturday, October 29, 2022 @ Center Field. With the celebration to connect generations of residents by providing enriching programs and experiences that inspire healthier living, increased social engagement and the love for our community.
The Spooky Sprint 5K is a family event. Costumes are not required, but definitely encouraged! Bring the kids. Proceeds will go to support the ELRD Scholarship Program which gives every child and adult the opportunity to participate in recreation programming regardless of cost and financial situation. 
Our course will be flat, yet challenging and bring a scenic route through the center of town and the outskirts.
Kids 12 and under will receive a Halloween tote, and there will be trick or treat opportunities during the 5k route!
Post Race we will have music and Halloween treats for the whole family!
Bib Pick Up/ Same Day Registration 7:30AM-8:30AM
Start Time: 9:00AM
Early Bird Sign Up by September 1st:
$10 for participants 12 yrs and younger
$20 for participants 13 and older
Cost after September 1st:
$15 for participants 12 yrs and younger
$25 for participants 13 and older
