Looking for that perfect place to rent that offers the space needed for your next event? Pine Knoll Recreation area offers a beautiful landscape with options that include shelter coverings in one of our recreation buildings.

Please read the "Pine Knoll Recreation Area Rental Agreement/Contract" below. By submitting a facility rental request for the Pine Knoll Recreation Area on eastlongmeadowrec.com, applicants agree to the document's terms and conditions.
Facility Rental Rates
Pine Lodge (2 hour min.): $65/hour Residents; $80/hour Non-Residents
Birch Hall (2 hour min.): $65/hour Residents; $80/hour Non-Residents
Grass/Picnic Area: $55/hour Residents; $70/hour Non-Residents
A $250.00 security deposit is required for all reservations, payable at the time of reservation. The security deposit is separate from the rental fee and cannot be credited towards the rental. Deposits will be returned no later than 45 days after the event if no damages or violations occur.
**The Pine Knoll pool is not rented out exclusively for private parties. If any members of your party would like to use the pool, day passes may be purchased at the pool on the day of your event ($10 each) or online ahead of time ($8 each) on our website. Other Pool membership plans and pool hours can be found here.**
Please also indicate in your request the approximate number of people in your party who will be using the pool.
