Looking for that perfect place to rent that offers the space needed for your next event? Pine Knoll Recreation area offers a beautiful landscape with options that include shelter coverings in one of our recreation buildings.

2024 Rental Season:
6/1 - 9/28
Saturdays & Sundays only, 11am - 7pm (depending on availability)
*Please note: Pine Knoll Pool has an anticipated opening date of 5/25 and will close 9/1
Weekend Pool Hours: 11am - 5pm*

Our reservation process has changed! Please read the "Pine Knoll Rental How-To Guide" below for information about how to make your Pine Knoll reservation request.

Please read the "Pine Knoll Recreation Area Rental Agreement/Contract" below. By submitting a facility rental request for the Pine Knoll Recreation Area on eastlongmeadowrec.com, applicants agree to the document's terms and conditions.

Facility Rental Rates

Pine Lodge (2 hour min.): $55/hour Residents; $70/hour Non-Residents
Birch Hall (2 hour min.): $55/hour Residents; $70/hour Non-Residents
Grass/Picnic Area: $45/hour Residents; $60/hour Non-Residents

Maximum Pine Knoll rental capacity: 150 people

A $250.00 security deposit is required for all reservations, payable at the time of reservation. The security deposit is separate from the rental fee and cannot be credited towards the rental. Deposits will be returned no later than 45 days after the event if no damages or violations occur.

**The Pine Knoll pool will not be available for rentals this year. If any members of your party would like to use the pool, day passes may be purchased at the pool on the day of your event ($7 each) or online ahead of time ($5 each) on our website.
