This class will take place on Monday nights from 5:45 until 8:15 for 4 consecutive Mondays (then, a new class will start for the next 4 Mondays).   Students who sign up must commit for the entire 4 weeks (due to scene work and class lessons with their classmates).   The maximum number of students per class is 8 students per month. This acting class is a fun, energetic class that will consist of scene work with other students, monologue work, cold reads and acting lessons that will ultimately enhance all of the students acting skill sets, all while having fun. The class will be taught by Kevin McCormick, who is an accomplished television and film actor.   The class is for students of all levels, from beginners who are excited to learn more about acting all the way up to students who have prior acting experience. This class will definitely add to each student's "acting toolbox". Kevin McCormick is an accomplished television and film actor who has had recurring roles in the television shows CITY ON A HILL, GOTHAM and NYC 22 and guest star roles on the television shows CHICAGO PD, BLUE BLOODS, THE LAST OG and HOSTAGES amongst others. Kevin has also had strong movie roles in the films SPENSER CONFIDENTIAL and I CARE A LOT. Kevin spent 15 years in education as a teacher and an assistant principal before resigning to pursue his acting career full time. His IMDB resume can be found below thru the link provided. This class will take place on Monday nights from 5:45 until 8:15 for 4 consecutive Mondays (then, a new class will start for the next 4 Mondays).   Students who sign up must commit for the entire 4 weeks (due to scene work and class lessons with their classmates).   The maximum number of students per class is 8 students per month. This acting class is a fun, energetic class that will consist of scene work with other students, monologue work, cold reads and acting lessons that will ultimately enhance all of the students acting skill sets, all while having fun. The class will be taught by Kevin McCormick, who is an accomplished television and film actor.   The class is for students of all levels, from beginners who are excited to learn more about acting all the way up to students who have prior acting experience. This class will definitely add to each student's "acting toolbox". Kevin McCormick is an accomplished television and film actor who has had recurring roles in the television shows CITY ON A HILL, GOTHAM and NYC 22 and guest star roles on the television shows CHICAGO PD, BLUE BLOODS, THE LAST OG and HOSTAGES amongst others. Kevin has also had strong movie roles in the films SPENSER CONFIDENTIAL and I CARE A LOT.
