Pine Knoll Day Camp is back for another great Summer! Children from Pre-K through 5th grade can enjoy nature, and the fun of being outdoors for the summer! Returning in 2025 - Half Day is back for those in PK - entering Kindergarten in Fall 2025: please register your camper for our morning session of 9am-12pm (before care available if needed) or afternoon session of 1-4 pm (after care available if needed). 

*All kids need to be potty-trained FULLY in order to attend camp*

Registration Opens for Residents on 1/31 @ 9:30 AM, and Non-Residents on 2/7 @ 9:30 AM.
Registration will close 5/23.

Camp Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M
Before Care: 7:30 A.M- 9:00 A.M
After Care: 4:00 P.M - 5:00 P.M

8 Week Option: 6/23/25-8/14/25 * No July 4th or Fri August 15th * 
2 Week Session #1: June 23th- June 27th & June 30th- July 3rd (No Camp July 4)
2 Week Session #2: July 7th- July 11th & July 14th- July 18th
2 Week Session #3: July 21st- July 25th & July 28th - August 1st
2 Week Session #4: August 4th- August 8th & August 11th- August 14th (No Camp August 15th)

Cost:
8-Week Option: $1,860 Residents / $1,875 Non-Residents
2 Week Sessions: $550 Residents / $565 Non-Residents
Pre-K Half day 2 Week Sessions: $275 Residents / $290 Non-Residents
Before Care: $30/week Residents / $45/week Non-Residents
After Care: $30/week Residents / $45/week Non-Residents

Parent Informational Session: TBD

Deposit: The initial deposit for our 8 week session is $465 for residents and $480.00 for non residents due at registration. For any/all 2 week options the initial deposit is $137.50 for residents and $152.50 for non residents. Payment towards your balance can be made at any time online or via check in office. The final payment MUST be made BY 5/23. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, REFUNDS FOR ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER 5/23.

IF THE FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BY 5/23 A LATE FEE OF $25 WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ASSESSED. 

Medical & Emergency Contact Form: The attached Medical & Emergency contact and parent handbook waiver forms below AND most recent immunization records must be completed and submitted to the Recreation Department prior to attendance at camp. This form and immunization records can be dropped off at the Rec Department office at 328 N Main St. or emailed to recreation@eastlongmeadowma.gov.

Coming back for the Summer of 2025- Arly!
Arly is an educationally based program that provides an enriching curriculum through the use of hands-on activities, physical fitness routines, life skills and whole group discussion to promote academic, social and emotional growth while incorporating Summer Camp Fun!!! Some of the weekly themes and activities covered in 2024 are:
Flight - building different types of planes, glinders, helicopters and testing their ability to fly.
Detectives - let's crack the code, jewel heists & obstacle courses.
Our love for nature - nature walks & nature bingo, art made from items collected around camp.
