The East Longmeadow boys’ youth lacrosse program (3rd-8th grade) is a
great opportunity for players of all ability levels to learn and play one of
the fastest growing sports in the nation. The focus of the program is
teaching fundamentals and MAXIMIZING PLAYING TIME REGARDLESS
OF EXPERIENCE.

It is never too late to start playing lacrosse! The game schedule is set up with other Western Massachusetts and bordering Connecticut Town programs that are members of the Connecticut ValleyYouth Lacrosse League. The game season runs from early April until mid-June. All teams will participate in at least one in season tournament. All age groups will be sure to enjoy their exposure to tournament style play against other recreational programs. There may also be opportunities for pre-season training depending on
weather and/or turf availability.

The registration fee includes a fully sublimated customized uniform which includes a reversible

jersey with your player’s name, shooting shirt, and matching shorts. The ELRD will also provide
a helmet for those that do not have their own.
